We Are Not Powerless – Q&A Screening

Event

We Are Not Powerless screens with an in‑person Q&A featuring filmmakers Muzafar Ali and Jolyon Hoff at Dendy Canberra.

After fleeing Afghanistan, Muzafar and his wife build a small refugee‑led school in Indonesia that grows into a global model for community‑driven change. Moving, urgent and hopeful, this documentary celebrates resilience, education and the power of people refusing to accept silence.
